Founded in 2018, we specialize in our food truck, catering, and fish fry services as well as paninis, sandwiches, tacos, fish, quesadillas, and more. Our food is made fresh every day with high-quality ingredients. We strive to provide the best customer service and the most delicious food in the area. Our Story

Junior's Eats is a cherished family establishment nestled in the heart of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, where warmth and delectable flavors come together. Founded and nurtured by the dynamic husband and wife team of Audrey and Junior, along with Audrey's dedicated parents, the restaurant embodies the essence of a true labor of love. The journey began as a humble food truck, where Junior's aspiration for independence led him to acquire the very truck that stands at the heart of their thriving business today. However, a year later, his entrepreneurial spirit soared, leading to the birth of Junior's Eats in 2019. Audrey, a native of Falls, played a pivotal role in bringing this culinary haven to life, transforming it into a beloved destination where family, community and exceptional food converge in perfect harmony.

The journey of Junior's Eats has been marked by resilience and unwavering determination. After the food truck season waned, the team embarked on the task of preparing the restaurant for a winter opening. However, on December 4th, 2019, a devastating setback struck with a fire that threatened to extinguish their dreams before they even had a chance to shine. Yet, this family-owned venture refused to be deterred. With incredible tenacity, the restoration efforts were completed by early March, only to be met with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The challenges seemed relentless. However, fast forward to today, and Junior's Eats stands tall, serving the community, loyal fans, and friends with fresh, speedy, and delectable cuisine. Their heartfelt gratitude goes out to the supporters who have stood by their side throughout this rollercoaster ride, for without them, none of this would have been possible.

We wear our pride for the Sheboygan Falls community like a badge of honor. Our commitment to this wonderful town runs deep, and it's reflected in every dish we serve.
